Hello! I am Anne Røyne, the owner of Mindset Coaching, based near Oslo, Norway. After many years of working as a psychotherapist, career coach and mindfulness teacher, I have cultivated a deep passion for holistic health. My journey has always been driven by the desire to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
However, a life-altering accident some years ago forced me to transition my focus towards personal recovery and deeper self-exploration. Balancing this journey with the responsibilities of being a single mom to two young children taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, self-care, and inner peace. To aid my recovery and enhance my professional skills, I became a certified medical yoga teacher, meditation teacher and a certified life coach. These new skills, combined with my approach to coping with pain and loss of function, allow me to help others learn to live life in new ways with self-love, acceptance, and gratitude.
Today, I transform these intense personal experiences and broad professional knowledge into powerful coaching strategies specifically designed for women. I empower my clients to overcome challenges, achieve inner calm, and pursue their deepest passions with confidence and joy, offering a unique combination of professional insight and empathy shaped by my own life obstacles.

For the online sessions you will need:
A quiet place where you can be undisturbed.
A device with camera/video (PC, Mac, phone) to facilitate the online session.
A stable wifi-connection.
A bottle of water or a cup if tea can be nice. It can also be to have a comfortable blanket for the mindfulness sessions.
That´s it!
No, you don´t need to be referred by a doctor. You can contact me directly to book a discovery call, and get more information about the types of sessions.
I have a duty of confidentiality. I keep myself professionally up-to-date.
I can also collaborate with your doctor, other professionals or others, if you prefer that. You choose!
We will go through and cover all of the information in the discovery call.
