Hello, my name is Anne. After a traffic accident, life became difficult in many ways, and I struggled for many years with a lot of pain, inflammation, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions and obesity as a result of post-injury complications, multiple surgeries and longterm use of cortisone. 100 kg at the most. Food became a comfort and diversion for the pain and stress of having a challenged body. But this did not make the situation easier, on the contrary.

In my health journey I came across WILDFIT. It has been a big part of what has changed my life! I got rid of inflammation, got more energy, better sleep and went down four clothing sizes (from 46 to 38). It was fantastic! Then I decided to help others experience the same journey, and to become a WILDFIT Coach.

Having a healthy and good relationship with food is also extra important to me as a mother of two. Having good health and a body that works is alpha and omega!

I am ready to start this new part of my life as a WILDFIT Coach, which builds on former skills within anthropology, coaching, psychotherapy, mindfulness and medical yoga.
